WE2XGR/6 NY started out slow and at about 0230 things looked bad for propagation.  The band livened back up by after 0400 to where there was fairly good conditions and still going pretty well @ 0600 when I closed for the night.  I noticed from the drastic down numbers on the Temerin Est DST data that the solar winds kicked up for some real negative numbers at around 0200 and picking back up at around 0400.  Some up numbers came back starting at around 0400 to give the band a kick in the pants.
