[Lowfer] 650 khz Cuban wobbler

Yes.  You can hear it.  Here's a vid (not mine) where you can see and

When I've copied it the duration was much longer.  They say a few other 
Cuban sigs have it as well but I haven't copied any others. I caught it 
again this morning.  I also copied the Cuban on 670 but no wobbler 
there.  I've never heard it on that freq.
