[Lowfer] XKO cw ID quite audible this morning

Dex: I had my EWE oriented SW and your CW ID on XKO on 137 at least 10dB out of the noise at 0503Z in particular, audible much of the evening whilst toying with QRSS60 on and off to better understand contrast, etc.,

Late check of VLF around 0700 plenty of moderate MSK signal levels on 21.4, 22.1, 57.4, 62.6, 45.9, 37.5,  DCF77 above average, 24.0 24.8 25.2 and WWVB all loud.  Seems like NAU? on 40.75 is emitting something lately but not MSK, apparently they coordinate with Aercibo on research work or other unknowns....
