Many thanks - according to the grabber - and the math - it seems to have settle down at 137780.6 - ( 802.6 )
so that's far enough away from other active users and should be okay.

I cannot resolve the frequency change on the DDS any further - the resolution
is not good enough for me to creep in between those check  - so from 780.35 to 780.6 can't be done.
Something has happened to the Dial - shows 275560 (  F/2 happens in the xmtr ) so I can't get
the resolution between khz anymore - 

That's for another day !

I appreciate the time you have spent with this problem of mine.
Will keep hands off for awhile - and let all rest.

P.S. Hope that John gets some Gravol - the wavy frequency changes seem to have upset him.
( and him living near the ocean et al )
