[Lowfer] XPQ +24

Laurence, my overnight captures just started seeing a trace of U on ur freq
at 0614z, but it was not until about 0900z that an ID could be seen. The
attached capture shows U fading around 1100z. I am still seeing a trace of
U at 1500z, long after my sunrise.
