Thanks, researching now, will have to look at the video from another
computer.  Wasn't there somehting similar many, many years ago, suspected of
some sort of data or telemetery?  There was also the some 16 baud or Hz
stuff sent on FM stations a few years ago, wasn't there?

Finding references to it on other Cuban freqs as well.
