[Lowfer] Lowfer WI Available Primarily by Request Now

Hi All,
It has come to my attention that W3WI's lowfer beacon WI QRSS30
on 187.507 is available primarily by request now.
 
I noticed I wasn't able to see WI recently on ARGO and asked Dex
if he could check it also from NC. Dex said he hears no trace of WI  either.
 
Dex can get in touch with Walt and Walt told him he uses his tower  for
HF also and that WI will operate mostly by request now, so don't expect  WI
to be on 24/7 unless you request him to turn it on. I am not sure  if Walt 
wants to advertise his email address so it might be best to go through Dex  
first and
he will pass the request along to Walt W3WI.
