[Lowfer] LF monitoring last night

Poor results here last night. 474.2 kHz WSPR signals were okay (WF2XXQ, 
WG2XIQ,WG2XKA, and WG2XJM; WD2XSH/12 wasn't on and started listening 
just after WE2XGR/6 finished), but nothing was seen of Laurence on 
506.882 kHz and Stefan on 136 kHz WSPRX-15 (see that Dex did have some 
weak decodes of DK7FC). Didn't look around 181.818 kHz for JH since no 
reports from nearer stations have appeared yet. 518 kHz messages were 
noted from area 4: A,B,C,E,F,G,H,N,P,R, and U; and from area 12: Q and 
W. San Francisco, area 12, ID=C has been missing for weeks now, as have 
decodes from any of the Greenland stations.
