[Lowfer] Watering hole lowfers

Noise from the latest winter storm...and frozen precipitation very close to 
here...discouraged me from going out to the field last night, but this is 
how LowFERs WMS and SIW looked yesterday afternoon.

Before this, I had been watching MP at 137.7805 with good enough signal for 
QRSS3, as usual.  Shortly after 3 PM CST, occasional strong static crashes 
started showing up on 2200 meters.  It wasn't enough to affect copy of MP, 
but I figured if I wanted to check out 1750, I'd better go ahead and do it 
before noise got worse there as well.  It was still quiet as could be at 185 
kHz for a while, but about 4:30 mild static began showing up.  You can see 
the effect on both signal and random carriers at the right hand side.
