Jh is still on the air. I have added some ground radials. My antenna its
only 30 feet high with a 5 foot radius top hat. I am going to take the
antenna down in a month or so and add another ten feet to the vertical and
add more top capacitance. The main problem is my location. I am surrounded
by tall pine trees on every side but the east. I would like to experiment
with a loop also but do not have plans on doing this soon. Dex was getting
the best copy around 10am est from what I remember. I am a bit disappointed
it is not preforming better but hopefully adding some height will help a lot
