Im still out playing catch that signal but signal carrier keying rate has changed to something that could decoded by Opera OP8 USB suppressed carrier dial 505.34kHz ( beacon has CW ID). Ill leave it running till AK dawn -

 I figured out how to key the standalone tx using a RTS/DTS line, In4148 and small reed relay outputs keying the PTT line to the GW3UEP modded QTX100 transmitter - trying to keep it real simple and dont have a requisite opto coupler in by boxes
