[Lowfer] WE2XGR/1 506.3 CW & QRSS12

Conditions sure are past the peak. Nothing seen of DK7FC on 136.172 kHz 
QRSS, only Astoria from the west coast on 518 kHz Navtex, and nothing 
from the west coast on DGPS. But plenty of activity around 475 kHz from 
the 600m experimental licensees (WD2XSH/6, /7, /12, /31 and /37; and 
WF2XXQ) and Warren's QRSS/CW signal on 506.3 kHz was good.
