[Lowfer] MLS QRSS60

[Garry Hess]

Per announcement at http://lwca.org/mb/ lowfer MLS is sending QRSS60 for 
the weekend. Daylight copy here over the 591 km path is fine, but the 
frequency is slowly drifting upward at about 0.2 Hz/hour. Currently 
(2257Z) have it at 186204.35 Hz.
