[Lowfer] SAQ reminder

Copied the tuneup to 1200Z fairly well with the Rycom and headphones here at the Maine QTH. But the SNR from the static clicks just wasn't good enough to get more than pieces of the message. It's the old thing - the brain fills in the missing pieces in a repetitive signal. At home with more gadgets, this might have been pretty good.
