[Lowfer] WE2XGR/1 506.3 CW & QRSS 12

Warren, it was rather noisy over night here so generally only bits of 
XGR/1 came through, even when using QRSS20. Saw the signal with an 
e-probe, but never clear enough to decipher the Morse code. Using a loop 
and separate SDR-IQ (calibration a bit high), the message could be 
identified a few times over night.
