[Lowfer] hifers

Over the weekend, Hifers EDJ, NC, a trace of EH, the two SIW's, MP and 
USC were visible from top to bottom on a single Spectran screen at our 
place in Maine. Signals were better when last checked at couple of weeks 
ago, which probably reflects recent solar activity.
