I also listened for MO but have a similar problem, as there is a carrier
right on 189.5 ! Tried for JAM as well overnight but still no luck there.
Got a few decodes of WD2XNS with WSPR-15 earlier in the evening on 2200
meters but didn't see anyone else.

No worries, Mike. I'll keep trying, as I'm sure others will also. I have a
couple of PLC's about 1 Hz from your frequency, but I think I'll still be
able to see your QRSS signal when conditions permit.
