[Lowfer] Earlier, JAM what JAM is sending

To reiterate what JAM is sending. Per the WinKeyer firmware/and audio monitoring. Sending QRSS30 the letter T dashes are 90 seconds long with a 90 second spaces between the letter T's. After 3 letter T's
a 5 WPM message and a small pause and back to 3 letter T's
