If he's sending 30 second dashes, shouldn't they last 30 seconds? The only way to 'prove' a 
reception like this is to do what Markus DF6NM does ... get copy (with time ticks) from someone that 
is local to the transmitting station and cut and paste as an overlay on your reception. The timing 
will either line up perfect ... or not.
