Hi All-

I'm new to WSPR-15 and trying to understand where the "receive level" should
be set...in normal WSPR you get a red indicator showing if you are
overdriving things....the WSPR-15 has an indicator that goes from 0 to 60
db. Can someone offer some advice ? Thanks ! I see one WSPR signal
present right now on the waterfall on 2200 m but don't get a decode with
136.0 USB dial.
