[Lowfer] frequency counter calibration

Maybe I exaggerated a little bit or maybe your circuit board isn't quite 
as tight in the case as mine is.  I've changed the battery a couple of 
times and last time around I put in some of the new 'eneloop' NiMH which 
have a much longer self-discharge time and allegedly longer cycle time 
than the older NiCd.  Still usable a year after charge.  They were 
slightly bigger but I managed to get them in.  I use thin bubblewrap 
instead of that original tape.

No help one the reference signal pickup.
