Two of those moonshiners are from here in Spartanburg. One is a guy who used to do carpentry work for me. They are both local stars now. I know exactly where there are filming and I'm sure the local law does to. Has to be all acting.

The area where they film though I'd famous for moon shining. Its call "Dark corners"   right in the upper corner of SC.

If you ever come near here, I can fix you up. I have some peach in the refrig at my beach house that was made in Orangeburg. Really good stuff. The make some very good stuff near Campobello SC. Some of the local judges give it away as Christmas presents. Not kidding
