[Lowfer] No JAM last night

Hi all: A bit disappointing, but really not unexpected.. With the 
solar winds energizing the ionosphere; every time that happens,
propagation does wierd stuff here.. I didn't look for any other
lowFERs, but did check TDF-162 often, mainly as a calibration
tool.. Very strong signal.. I kept getting some " scratch & hash "
and found it to be a LWBC on 189 KHz.. English POP music, and
foreign language.. East to listen to in a 6 KHz A.M. BW..
I did some toroid winding last night, and really cleaned up the
audio line from the receiver to the PC.. got rid of a lot of 
little " spikies " .. Hope all have a good weekend, 73 for now:
