[Lowfer] Lowfer watering hole

My lowfer was on 185.185 kHz over night so 185.3 kHz was a clear
frequency. Conditions were a bit noisy through the evening, perhaps due
to a local snow storm, but quieted down later. Unfortunately,
propagation seems to have taken a dive. Hope that doesn't signal the end
of the really good winter LF monitoring period. SJ was in and out of the
noise floor through the night, rather than solidly visible. TAG and WMS
appeared briefly, but MBD was only apparent as occasional traces.
