I think a simpler one would be like Doug's, only using the Digi Key 
available cores for LF only. I built mine as an all band choke as I like 
to use the antenna on 160,80 and 40 meters.

I have ten of those type cores and I am building a "sorta like" W1VD's 
amplifier for 150 watts or so. I am going to try one as the output 
inductor because I don't have a 1.4 " type 77 core and the 2.4 " is a 
little large for that power level.
