In seeing the mention of common mode chokes..

Two things that may help.  First is to run off of batteries, and charge them only as needed.  No coupling from the AC power line that way.   Second - even though the power injector design is excellent, the chokes still offer lower impedance the lower in frequency you go.  Running separate power, though a nuisance, may offer some improvements below 100khz.
