[Lowfer] transatlantic WSPR-15 in TN

Managed four decodes of DK7FC's WSPR-15 signal last night. Note the signal
level in the decodes. WSPR-15 is definitely a "weak signal" mode.

Was also trying for JAM with the other receiver. Noted some traces of what
could be a QRSS signal on 187.015 kHz starting around 09:15 UTC, but
nothing definite.
