[Lowfer] JAM Carrier Traces 1-19-2013

Band conditions were not the best last night.. Lots of static,
and strange fluttering sound in the band noise.. I did see
carrier traces last night from what I " think " is " JAM "..
At the moment, all I have to go by is the frequency, 187.016 KHz
which has been noted by other monitors to Lee as the frequency
he is on.. And, the Time that the carrier traces show up.. They
are consistently in the 07:00 UTC time frame, + / - 1/2 hour..
Plus, Lee has also confirmed that his keyer is sending QRSS-30..
So, with all these factors in the mix, I do believe that I am
seeing the signal from " JAM " .. Patience, and Persistence is
the rewarder of the LF monitor / Operator.. I will keep trying..
