WD2XES is running WSPR-15 on 136.0 + 1.615 kHz today until 2100 UTC, 
with 100 watts output power, which should be about 200 milliwatts ERP. 
This should give a "practice" signal for those unable to copy the stuff 
from EU. Note that CFH is presently running on 137.0 kHz, so there will 
be some challenges, even for the northeast receiving sites.
