[Lowfer] JAM in TN

This is as close as I have come to a positive ID so far. 
Hoping the nights ahead, colder, and no rain, will yield
better reception. Neil - W0YSE posted a confirmed capture
showing JAM to be at QRSS-30. My capture is in 30-SLOW mode
