Jay, I see the problem. During the install process the Windows installer 
allows you to specify a directory other than the default. But in the 
program itself Setup-> Options gives a window with a Save Directory 
entry at the bottom. That contains the default C:/wsprx/save, which is 
wrong if you installed to some location other than the default.
