[Lowfer] DK7FC

Doug indicated fairly good copy of DK7FC last night. But here 
propagation continued down compared to a couple of nights ago. The noise 
floor was decent but HGA22 on 135.43 kHz was just barely visible. 
Nonetheless Stefan's DFCW signal came through weakly with most of a full 
callsign at his local sunrise and final call sequence.
