Nice to see JXN, 16.4 kHz active again. Don't see it normally all that 
well but think it has been QRT for quite some time. Last night at 0630Z 
it was coming in here fine. Don't see it on the 
http://kl7uk.com/VLFAlaska.html VLF grabber, which usually copies it 
quite well, because the grabber is frozen at 0115, 2013-01-11. 
Laurence's 136 kHz/10.14 MHz grabber is running and toggling between the 
two frequencies.
