[Lowfer] MLS at QRSS30

Nice mid-afternoon copy of MLS on ARGO142.  Signal audible this afternoon.
12 foot loop -46dB       Active ant. -50 dB.   so big loop doing the job.
Distance only 152 miles - but good reference to check antennas, software.
