Going on the assumption that your signal would have been pretty much
booming in Over-night, barring fade periods of course, Then " Yes " 
your signal would have been at the least ( detectable ) over a 
24 hour period.. EAR was not readable all day, but was " detectable "
and occassionally a complete character would come thru..
