[Lowfer] running multiple instances of Argo

I run multiple instances of Argo sometimes, but have the same situation with 
having to set up each one individually as I start them.  Argo does not use 
ini or cfg files for the important stuff like hardware configuration. 
That's to ensure Windows can manage the devices as it is supposed to do, I 
suppose,  Those matters are handled by registry entires, and apparently any 
and all instances of Argo share the same registry keys.
