[Lowfer] EAR at 4:30pm Local Time

Hi J.B.

I just came inside and checked captures thru the afternoon..
EAR finally dropped out of sight completely at 2:30 EST, and
I'm just starting to see traces again at 4:30 EST..
I've never saw a lowfer signal stay in that long before..
