[Lowfer] 13 MHz HiFERs?

I'm copying all three quite nicely now. NC on 13555.60 is the weakest,
EH on 13555.47 and USC on 13555.39 are of about equal strength. I've
been monitoring them for about an hour. It's 1620Z now.
