[Lowfer] XPQ BDQ in CT

Great catch Jay! Like others, I copied BDQ rather well, but the noise 
from down South required use of a small loop instead of an e-probe, and 
the former is less sensitive. Nothing noted here from XPQ. Conditions 
North to NU and Northeast to Greenland have continued to be good, but 
haven't detected the 518 kHz Navtex station in Kodiak, AK for quite awhile.
