[Lowfer] 13 MHz HiFERs?

I haven't looked recently, as the best time for me is mid-afternoon
and I'm usually at work then. But I was hearing the "squarer" fairly
regularly about a month or so ago. It shifts frequency up and down a
few Hz every second or so. That's all it does.
