Thanks John - Im monitoring it here at work using the cheapy Tecsun PL600 set to 506kHz and on "USB"and bought a loooong stereo cable to the PC and running Speclab looking at the at signal from 35 miles - it stayed within 2-3dBs during the day (as much as we get here) but about 1 hour before sundown it started getting quite variable with up to 10dB change - I don't like using fades in this context :-) 2-3dB is what we saw here during the summer ground wave tests over a 90 mile baseline.

Im going to keep running the beacon today and tomorrow to take more baseline measurements -
