Thanks for the report especially the frequency measurement. I just got my Trimble GPS unit working and hope to get everything set up this weekend and get rid of some of the frequency errors.

A quick comparison to the Trimble showed the  transmitter to be approximately 14 Hz low and that is close to what you are measuring.
