[Lowfer] MBD QRS60 185.295 tonight

Not a particularly good propagation night here, but at times did see 4 
lowfers around the watering hole: SJ, WMS, TAG, and MBD.

Looked for KL1X on 506.811 kHz, QRSS20 around 1135Z but didn't copy 
anything. The 518 kHz Navtex signal from Astoria, OR at 1140Z was only 
mediocre and fading and Kodiak, AK at 1150Z wasn't even detectable.
