[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Another excellent night for Navtex decodes from Greenland. All 3 
stations (I,M, and W) decoded, with W still coming in well enough to 
override Astoria in area 12 at 1140Z. At that time NDB KU on 298 kHz and 
also in the Kook Islands was decoding nicely at offset +399.5 Hz and 
interval 4.55 sec. Overall 15 area 4 stations decoded along with 3 from 
area 12.

Did see traces from Kodiak twice but not nearly strong enough to decode. 
Looked for Laurence on 506.8815 kHz anyway and found what was expected - 
nil. Maybe one of these nights the good propagation NE will move to NW.
