Jay, just got home and saw your transmission note. Good copy here once I 
figured out the proper receive center frequency. I'm using an e-probe as 
usual but the receiver is an Icom 706MkIIG instead of the usual SDR-IQ. 
My sound card sampling rate is way off 11025 so even though I'm really 
tuned to 505700 Hz, I have to use 800 Hz (11025/10800.668)= 816.616 to 
center your signal between the Jason waterfall decode lines. Despite the 
strong signal and slow rate I see occasional errors - this mode sorely 
needs good FEC.
