[Lowfer] WG2XCT Beacon at 496.00 KHZ

I need to get the Thunderbolt GPS antenna installed. That may be a project 
for tomarrow. I have not tried to set the frequency on the converter OCXO 
yet and it looks like it need to be tweeked.

Pat, I am not locked to GPS standards like Jay, but I believe I am within
at least 1 Hz of true, and I have had my R75 and converter powered on all
day.

You may be a bit off.
