[Lowfer] Short Notice: MBD on NOW 185.295 QRS30

Mark, saw your note and began looking for MBD around 0800Z. Found it 
immediately and the signal stayed in there at least noticeably until 
about 1200Z. Lowfer SJ was good around 0800Z too and TAG was noticeable, 
but WMS hardly even registered traces. No sunrise improvement occurred 
for any of the lowfers.

Conditions were fairly good before midnight here with DK7FC decoding on 
WSPRX-15 at 0500Z and 518 kHz Navtex from area 4 station X in Labrador 
decoding at 0351Z. Nothing decoded out of Greenland, but west coast area 
12 stations Q and W did well later.
