[Lowfer] Daytime lowfers

Got a bit over 1/2 foot of snow yesterday and imagine the EAR QTH got 
more. Nonetheless, lowfer EAR is putting out its usual good groundwave 
signal today. Lowfer MLS is farther and perhaps was detuned a bit by the 
storm. Regardless, it's now coming through weakly and settling in on a 
steady frequency.
