It's been a very poor winter propagation wise up here Jay -  well compared with intervening years - 

I was reading thru records last night on our 600m tests from XNS to BY3A - another one of those rarities that has never repeated -!!

Yes ... close to 25 dB s/n in 28 mHz. Despite the man-made noise evident on the display s/n is quite 
good ... reminiscent of last fall. S/n over the dead of winter hasn't been quite so good. Not sure 
what to make of that ...
