[Lowfer] 518 kHz Honolulu Navtex

Very noisy here last night. WE2XEB on WSPRX-15 SNR was down perhaps 10 
dB. So it was surprising to see a decode from area 12 station O in 
Honolulu at 1028Z. That was after a brief bit of copy from area 12 
station H in Tofino, BC at 0910Z. The much closer area 4 station H in 
Prescott, ON came on quickly and took over the frequency. As I write 
this (1255Z) lowfer MLS is coming through on 186204.7 Hz.
